The PSOE councilor in the Madrid City Council, Daniel Viondi, was expelled this afternoon from the municipal plenary session for approaching the mayor’s seat and touching his face in a gesture that the PP understands to have been derogatory. Viondi was on the platform defending his party’s proposal to name a Madrid sports center after Jenni Hermoso and at the end he went to the place occupied by José Luis Martínez Almeida to hand him a document related to the soccer player’s statements. At that moment is when he made this gesture.
