The Civil Guard sees an “emerging risk” in the recruitment of minors in the “digital caliphate”, caused by factors such as the normalisation of violent content, the lack of parental control, the action of the algorithm on social networks and the fact that “the kids are vulnerable, like a sponge”, explains an Information officer.
