This week he focuses his video analysis on the controversy over the crime of terrorism in the amnesty law: “The Supreme Court prosecutor’s office not only frames Puigdemont as a terrorist on par with Bin Laden. Fifteen of the fourteen prosecutors of the High Court also see signs of terrorism in meetings of the Council of Ministers. Given that the amnesty protects terrorists, and that the Government has deliberated on the amnestyit does not take the intellectual splendor of a jurist to conclude that the cabinet functions as an exaltation of terror.
