The Court of Instruction number 3 of Cáceres that investigates the Maynar case doping in professional cycling has issued a provisional dismissal order for former cyclists Vicente Belda, Luis Vicente Otin and Ángel Vázquez due to lack of evidence indicating that they committed the alleged crimes of which they had been accused, as reported by sources from the Superior Court of Justice of Extremadura to El Periódico de España, from the Prensa Ibérica Group.
